Residents in Phase I & II are housed in two-bedroom, four-person quad units, which include private bedrooms with bunking beds, a full kitchen with a refridgerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave, a common living room, and two full bathrooms. Each unit is furnished with bedroom and common area furniture, is equipped with its own washer and dryer, and has access to a private balcony. Residents also enjoy ample parking within close proximity to their building.
