The Davis Apartments complex is made up of three buildings with three floors each. The free laundry room is on the second floor between buildings B and C.

Dr. Bonnie L. Burchett Field, formerly Tri-Hall Field, is located in the center of the Governors, Centennial, and Davis buildings. This area is a vibrant hub for campus life, buzzing with activites and events throughout the semester. This outdoor recreation area offers students places to hangout, a gazebo, hammock garden, sand volleyball court, basketball court, and fire pit.
